Do you use clean, sanitized tools for every client?
Yes. Tools and foot basins are cleaned and sanitized between every client. We maintain hygiene standards throughout the salon, not just in the pedicure area. If you have any concerns when you sit down, you’re welcome to ask your technician directly.
Can I get a pedicure if I have sensitive skin or diabetes?
Yes, with some adjustments. Clients with diabetes should let their technician know before the service begins so we can take proper precautions, this includes being careful with water temperature, avoiding cuts, and using gentler pressure during massage. Clients with sensitive skin can request fragrance-free or gentler products where available. We’d rather take a few extra minutes to do it right than rush through and cause discomfort.
